After initial curriculum focused on organic synthesis and organometallic chemistry, Lionel received his Ph.D. of Theoretical Physical Chemistry in 2004 from Université Montpellier (Odile Eisenstein and Laurent Maron directors) and joined the CNRS in 2005 as Research Associate. Since 2013, he is group leader of Interface Theory Experiment: Mechanism and Modeling (ITEMM) at Université Lyon 1. He was promoted Research Professor in 2017. Since 2023, her reserch activity is associated to the name of Marie-Eve L. Perrin (female).
She focuses on the interplay between experiments and theory for polymerization and multistep organic reactions catalyzed by organometallic species.
