eco-efficient methods, using catalytic and atom-economical reactions, tandem and multicomponent reactions, photochemical, electrochemical, biotechnological processes, aiming at more efficient, shorter, more selective syntheses giving access to all kinds of molecular architectures including by total synthesis of complex molecules. This theme also includes the development of continuous flow processes, reactive distillation and extrusion, and reactions in environment friendly, biobased and aqueous media.
